By accessing or using MotorHood ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.
Permission is granted to temporarily access MotorHood for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
You retain ownership of any content you post on MotorHood. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Platform.
You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to post anything that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
MotorHood is a community-driven platform. Events, businesses, and driving routes listed on the Platform are created and maintained by our users. MotorHood does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing, description, address, date, rating, or other information submitted by users.
We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, typographical mistakes, outdated information, or inaccuracies present in user-generated events, business listings, or route descriptions. This includes but is not limited to: incorrect event dates or locations, wrong business addresses or contact details, inaccurate route distances or difficulty ratings, and misleading or incomplete descriptions.
You use any information found in user-generated listings at your own risk. We strongly encourage you to independently verify all relevant details before attending an event, visiting a business, or undertaking a driving route. If you encounter inaccurate or misleading content, please report it through our support channel so we can review it.
Events listed on MotorHood are organised, hosted, and run entirely by users or third parties — not by MotorHood. We are not the organiser of any event and are not responsible for what does or does not happen at or in connection with any event, including but not limited to its safety, organisation, conduct, legality, cancellation, postponement, change of venue, the acts or behaviour of organisers or attendees, or any loss, injury, damage, or expense suffered before, during, or after it. If you choose to attend or take part in an event, you do so entirely at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and conduct.
Driving routes are created and shared by users. MotorHood does not review, test, or guarantee that any route is good, valid, safe, legal, accurate, drivable, or suitable for your vehicle, experience, or skill level. Road, traffic, weather, and legal conditions change constantly and are entirely outside our control. You are solely responsible for driving safely, obeying all traffic laws and speed limits, and judging whether a route is appropriate for you — you follow any route entirely at your own risk. All events, routes, and other listings on MotorHood are user-generated content, and MotorHood accepts no responsibility or liability for them or for anything arising from their use.
Some events shown on MotorHood are not submitted by our users but are automatically aggregated from publicly available third-party websites and their public data feeds. These sources include petroldays.events, 103 Octanos, Drift Spain Series, Tandas Privadas, Última Vuelta, AllSquad, Eurocrew Spain, Eventos del Motor, Mi Clásico, KR Driving Experience, Track4fun, Track Day Argentina and Trackdays.ie, among others. Aggregated events are clearly marked as external and link back to their original source.
MotorHood does not own, control, or guarantee this third-party information and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these sources. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and you should verify details with the original organiser before relying on them. If you own a source and would like your content adjusted or removed, contact us at legal@motorhood.app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The materials on MotorHood are provided on an "as is" basis. MotorHood makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall MotorHood or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MotorHood.
MotorHood provides a peer-to-peer marketplace ("The Pit Stop" / "Junkyard") where users may list and purchase automotive parts, vehicles, and related items. MotorHood acts solely as a platform facilitating connections between buyers and sellers and is not a party to any transaction.
MotorHood assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, or availability of any items listed; the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to pay; or any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damage arising out of or related to marketplace transactions. All purchases, sales, payments, shipping, and communications between users are entirely the responsibility of the parties involved. Use the marketplace at your own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
