1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MotorHood ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access MotorHood for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• —Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• —Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the Platform
• —Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• —Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post on MotorHood. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to post anything that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on MotorHood are provided on an "as is" basis. MotorHood makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall MotorHood or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MotorHood.

7. Marketplace — The Pit Stop (Junkyard)

MotorHood provides a peer-to-peer marketplace ("The Pit Stop" / "Junkyard") where users may list and purchase automotive parts, vehicles, and related items. MotorHood acts solely as a platform facilitating connections between buyers and sellers and is not a party to any transaction.

MotorHood assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, or availability of any items listed; the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to pay; or any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damage arising out of or related to marketplace transactions. All purchases, sales, payments, shipping, and communications between users are entirely the responsibility of the parties involved. Use the marketplace at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
